Wæm Le-95j Evdă (/i/ /ˈevdə̝/ [charcoal] [irony]) is a subtropical Town located in Lèljĭih Zone, If-70cqǐnrì District, within the Federation of Alveria.

The name Wæm Le-95j Evdă is derived from the Constructi language, as Wæm Le-95j Evdă was founded by Brêl Trgartesmë, who was culturaly Constructi.

Climate

Wæm Le-95j Evdă has a yearly average temperature of 22°C (71°F), with its average temperature during the summer being a warm 27°C (80°F) and its average temperature during the winter being a cool 17°C (62°F). Wæm Le-95j Evdă receives an average of 278 cm/y (109 in/y) of precipitation, most of which comes in the form of rain during the summer. Overview

Wæm Le-95j Evdă was founded durring the late 18th century in late spring of the year 1771, by Brêl Trgartesmë. The establishment of Wæm Le-95j Evdă was only bairly constructed. The sheer number of problems with its founding were enough to make several of the backers funding Wæm Le-95j Evdă's construction back out of the project. Brêl Trgartesmë pushed on reguardles, and Wæm Le-95j Evdă was finished, but starts off as a terible place to live.

Wæm Le-95j Evdă was built using the conventions of Constructi durring the late 18th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Wæm Le-95j Evdă is no diffrent. The town's buildings feature masoned stone construction which prominantly features pointed arches, pointed ribbed vault cielings, flying buttress', and window tracery all of which share a simmilar gemoetetic patern halfway between organic and inorganic in design formaing a very distinct aesthetically integrated style. BUildings tend to reach for the havens, and more expencive homes are easily identified by their floor count as well as the addition of decorative features intigrated into the building's design such as statues, gargoyals, and embelished joinery.

Wæm Le-95j Evdă is is constructed arround a series of spacious cobblestone mainstreets which form overlapping circles, with smaller strait roads linking the circiles to eachother at varrious points. The town is the proud owner of a thick set of fortified walls fashioned from querried stone blocks. While not up to snuff for a fort or castle wall, the town's walls are naturaly much larger than those of forts or castles. Therefore, the construction such a wall is most expencive. Wæm Le-95j Evdă's buget focused wall would serve its community well in battle in spite of looking unimpressive compared to castles and fortresses. Unfortuantly, these top tier civilian fortifications are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.

The town shows nothing out of the ordinary, at first glance. Then you start to notice all the small things. Each window has seven iron nails pounded into the sill. Every door has a sprig of holly overhead. Every well is branded with purity seals and runes to ward the contents. Everyone is carrying a small charm for safety or fortune, be it a rabbit’s foot, a horseshoe, or other little totems.

Civic Infrastructure

The style used is characterized by grandeur of scale, simplicity of geometric forms, dramatic use of columns, and a preference for blank walls. This design ethos extended to re-imagining earlier styles of structure to create them anew, with a similar overall look and feel to one another..

Wæm Le-95j Evdă is in secret rebellion against their ostensible liege, having cut deals with his enemies, plotted to betray him for their own gain, or bridled under his tyranny and sought a better lord. The community’s leadership is all in on this plot, and outside viceroys or representatives are being kept carefully ignorant of the reality. The common folk may be oblivious to the truth, though they’ll doubtless have felt the same motivations and promptings that convinced their leaders to turn traitor.

In time immemorial, reportedly some time during the early 2nd century Wæm Le-95j Evdă was struck by a devistating earthquake. The quake brought ruin to Wæm Le-95j Evdă, which lost 216 people, 268 livestock, and 81 buildings in the earthquake. The day of the quake is remembered by many as Hate's Day.
